Media
If you do not wish to simply upload your file using the above link, a CD is preferred. Please, do not send us the only copy of your file as the disk or file could possibly be lost or damaged. A copy of the original is preferred.
Hard Copy
Include a hard copy of the art work with all specs detailed. If art is more than 1 color, please provide color separations.
Proofs
Electronic proofs are sent for approval on all jobs. Estimated turnaround time does not begin until a proof approval is received.
Hard proofs may incur additional charges.
Fonts
NEVER use the stylization palette to alter the font in any way.
Our imagesetter does not recognize these as valid changes to the fonts; therefore, doing this will delay your order.
Macintosh
We output from a Macintosh computer system. To guarantee your font match, send all the screen and printer fonts used in your file. Please use Macintosh Adobe Type 1 or Postscript fonts. Or, using your illustration program, convert all text “to curves” or “create outlines” in your files. We cannot accept TrueType fonts.
PC Compatible
We output from a Macintosh computer system. When Macintosh fonts are substituted for PC fonts, they may differ somewhat. To avoid this variance, we recommend that you use your illustration program to convert all text “to curves” or “create outlines” in your files. If you are unable to convert text in your files, please contact our art department for possible font substitutions.
